Palestinian actress, acting graduate - the Institution Superiour D'Art Dramatiuqe, Tunisia, and holds a Master's Degree in Theater Directing - Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), London.Since her graduation, Manal worked in many projects in cinema, television and theatre. Her presence in the Palestinian cinema industry is thriving, with her latest participation in Kazooz - The Bride, her Groom and his Resurrection, Directed by Amira Diab in 2020; Salon Huda, with the Palestinian director Hani Abu Assad in 2020 and the Idol in 2015; Gaza Mon Amour by Arab and Tarazan Nasser brothers in 2019 and Degrade' in 2015.The work that brought her into the limelight is the satirical TV comedy show Watan A Watar, which won many awards. Manal is one of the main creators (writer and actor) of the show. The show was broadcasted on TV for 10 consecutive years.In theatre Manal has acted in many theatre plays, participated in many theatre festivals all around the world. She directed the play "603" in collaboration with The Royal Court Theatre in London, in addition to her participation in many projects at the Royal court Theatre.Manal is mostly famous as a comedian, where she performed many comedy shows and Stand-up comedy shows in the Middle East region and worldwide. Her last Stand Up comedy show called All Inclusive, where she performed in Palestine, Jordan, Tunis and Canada. In 2014, Manal won the Saïd Foundation Alumni Achievement Prize. The Prize is awarded to an individual judged to have contributed significantly to the development of the region and to have shown the positive impact of their studies as a Saïd Foundation Scholar.
